1. How do I book a soft play rental for my event?

Add your preferred items to the cart and proceed to checkout. You can either pay a $150 deposit to reserve your spot and pay the remaining balance up to 7 days before the event, or choose to pay in full upfront—whichever works best for you!

2. What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve the following counties:

  • New York: Westchester, Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island, Nassau, Suffolk, Rockland, and Putnam.
  • Connecticut: Fairfield
  • New Jersey: Bergen, Hudson, Essex, Passaic, and Union

3. How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees are based on the distance from our warehouse and include delivery, setup, and pickup. Just enter your zip code in the cart to see the exact cost.

4. Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Yes! You can cancel up to 1 week before your event for a full refund (excluding the $150 deposit). Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. You may reschedule your event at no extra cost, pending availability.

5. Is there a security deposit?

Yes, a refundable $200 security deposit is required with your final payment. It will be returned within 48 hours after pickup if all equipment is returned in good condition.

6. What's included in a soft play setup?

Each rental includes sanitized soft play equipment like mats, slides, climbers, and ball pits. The exact setup depends on the package and theme you select.

7. Where can the soft play be set up?

We can set up indoors or outdoors on clean, flat surfaces. Outdoor setups must be on turf, grass, concrete, or pavement. We don't set up on dirt, gravel, or uneven ground.

8. What age group is soft play designed for?

Our soft play equipment is designed for children aged 6 months to 5 years.

9. What are the safety rules?

For everyone's safety, no shoes, food, drinks, candy, cake, sharp objects, or face paint are allowed on the equipment. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

10. What happens if equipment is damaged?

You're responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence. If any item is damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee of up to $1,000 may apply.

11. Do you offer personalization?

Yes! We offer personalization for ball pits and bounce houses. Please send us your theme or design at least 2 weeks before your event. Additional charges may apply.

12. Do you offer other services besides soft play rentals?

13. Is there a discount for repeat customers?
