Giggle Adventures, LLC ("Giggle Adventures", "we", "us") runs giggleadventuressoftplay.com and rents soft play equipment across New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

When you book

Your name, email address, phone number, preferred way to be contacted, the event date and times, the venue address, and details about the venue such as whether it is indoors or outdoors and how we get in, including floors, stairs and elevators.

When you pay

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number never reaches us and we do not store it. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the amount and the last four digits.

When you add personalization

If you upload an invitation or an inspiration image, or type instructions for a personalized panel, we keep that until your event has passed and the item has been produced.

When you contact us

Anything you send through the contact form, by email, by text, by phone, or as an Instagram message.

Automatically, when you browse

Pages you visit, roughly where you are, the device and browser you use, how you arrived, and what you do on the site. This comes from the tools in the next section.

Cookies and tracking

We use Google Analytics 4, the Google Ads tag and the Meta pixel to understand how the site is used and how well our advertising works. Between them they set cookies including _ga, _gcl_au, _fbp and _fbc. We also set a small number of cookies the site itself needs to work, such as one that keeps your cart and one that protects forms from misuse. Those cannot be turned off without breaking the site.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Google and Meta each publish their own controls, and you can opt out of Google Analytics through their browser add-on.

We do not sell your personal information.

How we use it

To take and fulfil your booking, deliver, set up and collect the equipment, take payment, contact you about your event, answer questions, meet a venue's insurance requirements, keep records for tax and accounting, and understand which advertising works so we do not waste money on the rest.

Who we share it with

Stripe, to process payment. Google and Meta, through the analytics and advertising tools described above. Our own crew, who need your address, access details and event time to deliver. Your venue, if it asks for a certificate of insurance and you have asked us to send it. Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it.

That is the full list. We do not sell your details, rent them, or pass them to other party suppliers.

Children

Our equipment is for children, but our customers are adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If you send us a photo of a child for a personalized panel, we use it only to produce that item.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require, currently seven years. Personalization files are deleted once the event has passed and the item has been produced. Contact form messages are kept while we may still need them to help you.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you marketing messages. Depending on where you live, including New Jersey and Connecticut, you may have these as legal rights, along with the right to opt out of targeted advertising and to appeal if we say no. We apply the same approach to everyone regardless of state.

Security

Payment data is handled by Stripe and never stored by us. The site runs over an encrypted connection. Access to booking records is limited to the people who need it to run an event.

Changes

If we change this page we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
