Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 20, 2026

These terms apply to bookings made on or after this date. If you booked before it, the terms in force when you booked still apply to your event.

These terms apply when you book equipment from Giggle Adventures, LLC. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. What you are booking

A rental of the equipment listed in your order, delivered, set up, styled and collected by our team. Equipment remains our property throughout. You are renting it, not buying it.

2. Payment

A $200 booking amount reserves your date. The balance is due 7 days before your event, along with the refundable security deposit described in section 9. You can also pay in full when you book. We accept major credit cards.

Your date is not held until the $200 booking amount is received.

The $200 booking amount is not refundable. It is what takes your date off the calendar and turns other enquiries away. See the Cancellation Policy for exactly how this works.

3. Rental period

The standard rental is four hours, starting at the time you select. Additional hours are $50 each and can be booked in advance at checkout or added on the day if our schedule allows.

Our team typically arrives one to two hours before your start time to set up. Setup and takedown do not count against your four hours.

4. Delivery, setup and access

Delivery, full setup and collection are included in the delivery fee, which is quoted from your zip code at checkout.

Tell us at checkout about stairs, elevators and parking. Additional charges may apply for setups above the ground floor without elevator access. If we arrive and cannot access the space as described, or the site is not ready, we may have to treat it as a same day cancellation.

5. Where we can set up

Indoors or outdoors, on a clean, flat, level surface. Outdoors we can work on turf, grass, concrete or pavement, and we recommend a covered area. We cannot set up on dirt, gravel or uneven ground. Please allow at least one foot of clear space on all sides of the equipment. Bounce houses need a power outlet within 50 feet.

6. Safety and supervision

An adult must supervise children at all times, unless you have booked our Play Attendant service.

Inside or near the play area, these are not allowed at any time: shoes, food, drinks, face paint, and sharp or pointed objects.

Our soft play is designed for children aged 1 to 8. Mini sets suit ages 1 to 5 and up to 5 children at once. Large sets suit ages 1 to 8 and up to 10 children at once. Toddler bounce houses fit 4 to 5 children and large bounce houses 6 to 8. Bounce houses and ball pits carry their own age guidance on each product page.

You are responsible for keeping to these limits during your event.

7. Weather, and what happens outdoors

Our equipment is not built to get wet. Water damages the foam, the mats and the inflatable seams, and wet surfaces are dangerous for children. So for any setup that is not under cover, the following apply.

  • We decide whether to set up. If rain is forecast during your event window and your setup would be uncovered, the decision to go ahead is ours, not yours. We will talk to you as early as we can, and where we can we will offer a covered or indoor alternative on site.
  • We may pack up early. If rain starts after we have set up, we may collect the equipment as quickly as we safely can to stop it being damaged. We will not leave equipment out in the rain, even if your event is still running.
  • Children must come off the equipment as soon as it starts to rain. This is a safety rule, not a preference. Wet soft play, wet slides and wet inflatables are slip hazards.
  • If children stay on the equipment once it has started raining, that is the responsibility of the supervising parents and guardians, and any injury or damage that follows is not ours.
  • If we cancel for weather, we will offer you a free reschedule to any available date and your $200 booking amount moves to that date. If you choose not to reschedule, the $200 is not refunded.
  • If we advise against going ahead and you ask us to set up anyway, you accept the risk, any damage to the equipment is chargeable under section 9, and no refund will be issued.

We always recommend an indoor backup for outdoor bookings.

8. Cleaning

Every piece is cleaned and hospital grade sanitized before each event, and wiped down again during setup on the day, using child safe products.

9. Security deposit and damage

A refundable $150 security deposit is collected with your final payment. It is returned within 48 hours after our collection inspection, provided the equipment comes back clean, dry, undamaged and in the area where we set it up.

You are responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence or failure to follow the safety rules above, including the weather rules in section 7. Repair or replacement costs are deducted from the security deposit. Where costs exceed it, a further charge of up to $500 may apply and you will receive an itemized invoice within 14 days.

Normal wear from ordinary use is expected and is not charged for.

10. Changes, cancellation and rescheduling

Set out in full on the Cancellation Policy page, which forms part of these terms. In short: the $200 booking amount is not refundable, nothing is refundable inside 7 days, and rescheduling is free whenever a date is available.

To change items, swap a theme or adjust your order, email [email protected] with your order number. We will do our best, subject to availability. Personalization changes must reach us at least 14 days before your event.

11. Personalization

Personalized items need your details at least 14 days before your event. If we do not have them by then we may have to run your setup without personalization, and that part of the order is not refundable once production has started.

12. Photography

We may photograph our setups before guests arrive and use those images to promote our business. Tell us in advance if you would rather we did not, and we will not.

13. Insurance

We are licensed and insured. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance, ask them to email [email protected] and we will send it.

14. Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the value of your booking, except where the law does not allow that limit. We are not liable for injury or loss caused by failure to follow the safety rules, by supervision that was not provided, by children remaining on equipment in the rain, or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Westchester County, New York.
